AutoLearn-SI organized a hands-on workshop on LLMs for Administration at the Jožef Stefan Institute, bringing together administrative colleagues responsible for international projects, institutional coordination, and financial management. The workshop focused on how large language models can support and improve everyday administrative work.

We would like to sincerely thank all participants who shared their open questions and practical challenges before the workshop, helping shape an interactive and relevant session. Special thanks also go to Klavdija and Lidija for the excellent organization and smooth coordination of the event.

The workshop created a very positive atmosphere and clearly demonstrated the value of collaboration between research and administration in identifying practical opportunities for AI adoption.
